You will work with IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues, maintain system availability and deliver solutions that support business requirements. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical support and administration for Microsoft SharePoint, AWS infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nInvestigate and resolve incidents, service requests and complex technical issues to minimise disruption to business operations.\nAnalyse business and system requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, enhancements and technical solutions.\nConfigure, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications in accordance with organisational standards.\nMonitor system availability, performance and capacity, and perform proactive maintenance and optimisation.\nAdminister user access, permissions and security configurations across supported platforms.\nSupport system migrations, upgrades, patching and integrations, including testing and post-implementation support.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements.\nConduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain technical documentation, including configuration records, support procedures, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles.\nProvide end-user training and guidance on system functionality and best practices.\nFollow established change management, IT security and operational procedures.\nRequirements:\nRelevant experience in enterprise application support, systems administration or technical consulting.\nHands-on experience administering, configuring and customising Microsoft SharePoint environments.\nPractical experience managing AWS services and cloud infrastructure.\nExperience configuring, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nGood understanding of enterprise system architecture, application integrations and dependencies.\nAbility to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.\nExperience monitoring and improving system performance, availability and reliability.\nKnowledge of IT security principles, access controls and compliance requirements.\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple incidents, tasks and project priorities.\nGood written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to business users.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience:\nRelevant AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.\nRelevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.\nRelevant SharePoint credentials or equivalent demonstrated technical expertise.\nExperience with enterprise system migrations, upgrades and implementation projects.\nExperience coordinating technical projects, vendors and implementation activities.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
