You will partner with platform leads and internal stakeholders to ensure financial and workforce data is accurate, timely and ready to support business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage Build, Maintain and Operate financial reporting, covering actuals, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.\nSupport month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and flash reporting.\nCoordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data validation, consolidation and management reporting.\nTrack cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and Strategic Cost Management savings.\nAnalyse financial and workforce data to provide clear insights for management decisions and governance reviews.\nCoordinate resource demand and supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.\nTrack hiring requests from submission and approval through to onboarding and closure.\nMaintain accurate workforce records, including staff movements, work classifications, team allocations and organisational structures.\nMonitor vacancies, hiring progress, attrition and resource movements, escalating gaps and exceptions promptly.\nSupport internal resource deployment and workforce optimisation across locations, employment types and vendors.\nWork with internal teams and vendors to resolve data, process and operational issues.\nPrepare ad hoc analyses and reports for management.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in technology finance and/or workforce management; banking experience is preferred.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and workforce data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors.\nHighly organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.\nAble to work independently, exercise sound judgement and follow issues through to closure.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
