This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, driving automation, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations.\nDesign, deploy, and manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, Aria Operations, VCF and virtual machines.\nProvide Level 3 support for VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, VCF, and windows platforms.\nAdminister and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, including:\nActive Directory (AD)\nDomain Name System (DNS)\nDynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)\nGroup Policy (GPO)\nClustering\nSMTP relay services (Postfix, IIS SMTP)\nImplement and maintain Automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible for configuration management and operational tasks.\nPerform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.\nProvide support for IBM connect direct and Progress WS_FTP\nConfigure, monitor and troubleshoot SMTP relay services for application-to-application and application-to-email communications.\nAdminister email delivery security (SPK, DKIM, DMARC compliance)\nMonitor system health and respond to incidents and service requests.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.\nCollaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS)\nMaintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.\nParticipate in on-call rotation for critical Incident support\nRequirements:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Engineer role supporting critical system\nExperienced in developing Infrastructure Automation Engineer using Ansible and shell scripting.\nLevel 3 technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows, VMware and Active Directory\nKnowledge in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Shell & Python have added advantages.\nTo apply,simply click the \"Apply\" button or send your updated profile to  \nEA Licence No.:18S9405 / EA Reg.
