May contribute to routine issue resolutions.\nAutonomy\nWorking under routine direction. Uses limited discretion in resolving issues or enquiries work without frequent reference to others.\nEnvironment\nUnderstand the business drivers.\nOther\nCarryout any other reasonable duties as requested.\nFunctional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills)\nReviewing the coding details and other invoice information as a Quality checker after the invoice is entered by the Data entry specialist.\nProcessing the weekly and ad-hoc payments based on the requirements and ensuring the settlement run is created and communicated with treasury for approval.\nPerforming Vendor account reconciliation and closely working with Vendors on Vendor statement reconciliation issues.\nWorking closely with Procurement team on the PO related issues.\nReview Employee expense reimbursement reports created on Workday by employees and the Credit card expense ensuring the spend is as per company policy.\nMaintain records and reports related to AP Subledger and payments.\nEnsure the payments are properly applied by the vendor as per the remittance advices generated out of the payment run.\nExtend support during the close to ensure all the invoices are processed before close.\nSupport during the audit with requested documents and other reports.\nHigh level accuracy in processing financial information and maintaining the confidentiality.\nExperience, Education, and Certifications\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Payment’s processing, Quality Checker and Expense review.\nExemplifies traits of being a team player\nWith continuous improvement and critical mindset\nWith solid communication skills verbal and nonverbal.\nPreferably with a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting as Major Subject.\nEnglish: Fluent\nCome as you are.\nWe're proud to be a Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
