You will work closely with experienced engineers and mentors to contribute to real-world projects and build foundational skills in software development, testing, and system support within the eClinical and Imaging Business Units. You will gain exposure to and build foundational skills in domain-specific platforms, modern tools, SDLC, programming, and AI/automation frameworks.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in structured training modules and on-the-job learning assignments.\n\nWork under the guidance of assigned mentors/supervisors.\n\nDemonstrate learning agility, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.\n\nWork with programming tools and eClinical/Imaging systems.\n\nSupport SDLC activities such as requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment.\n\nAssist with guided coding in development, testing, debugging and validation activities.\n\nSupport regression testing and issue tracking.\n\nSupport development of scripts, workflows, and process optimization solutions\n\nContribute to AI/automation initiatives using tools like Python, Selenium, or RPA platforms.\n\nDocument processes, create reports, and maintain project logs.\n\nParticipate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\nOther\nCarries out any other reasonable duties as requested.\n\nFunctional Competencies (Learning Outcomes)\nDevelop a strong understanding of the organization’s business model, clinical trial lifecycle, eClinical/Imaging platforms, tools, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nBuild robust domain knowledge, technical capability, analytical thinking, and professional behaviour aligned with the business unit’s
