In addition to public holidays\nLife Events, Service Awards, Company Outings\nHEALTH\nMedical plan\nAnnual medical check\nWEALTH\nSocial security and public housing fund\nSupplementary Housing Allowance\nLife assurance\nCritical illness cover\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management\nTakes responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of low to medium complexity projects.\nUses recommended portfolio, program, departmental, and project processes and workflows for planning, scheduling, and tracking.\nEnsures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.\nEnsures that quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.\nExecutes in accordance with the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets are signed off.\nWorks with cross-functional stakeholders to align on project scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies, driving actions to keep delivery on track.\nChange Management\nSupports in the assessment, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change.\nBusiness Risk\nIdentifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project, taking guidance where needed.\nProject Monitoring and Reporting\nRegularly reviews the study status reports which may include status of site qualification, image processing, result reporting, and query management across all supported projects, and follows up with the applicable internal groups or imaging centres as needed.\nData Management\nAssists the Data Manager and others in addressing findings from data reconciliation, as needed.\nFollows up with the Data Management team or Science Operations for creation/review of data quality monitoring outlier reports as needed.\nRelationship Management\nCarries out stakeholder engagement/communications plan related to allocated projects.\nDeals with study-specific problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information, escalating where required.\nProvides a high level of customer service to both internal team members and external clients with prompt and timely communication and support. \nFinancial Management\nTracks study budget, revenue recognition accuracy, and forecast integrity for assigned projects in partnership with finance, using available tools.\nMaintains an accurate, up to date study budget, ensuring alignment between contracted scope, approved change orders (CIS), and actual delivery activities.\nProactively identifies financial risks and variance, including work at risk, margin erosion, or forecast gaps, and escalates appropriately.
