As a deep learning researcher, you will work alongside some of the best minds in the field and implement the latest deep learning and computer vision algorithms, in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY- Design and implement medical imaging AI systems using deep learning and computer vision to detect conditions from multimodal data- Drive end-to-end product development with clinical teams - from ideation through data collection, algorithm development, validation, and production deployment- Publish research findings and implement state-of-the-art algorithms, while contributing to the ML/healthcare community- Conduct rigorous model analysis, including UX evaluation and statistical validation for clinical efficacy- Lead long-term research initiatives in medical AI imaging while staying current with latest developments- Shape team practices and technical standards through peer collaboration and knowledge sharingDESIRED CHARACTERISTICS- Exceptional analytical skills in dissecting complex ML problems through rigorous mathematical frameworks and systematic problem-solving approaches- Meticulous approach to research methodology, maintaining comprehensive documentation of experiments, hypotheses, results, and model iterations for reproducibility and knowledge sharing- Proven ability to advance the field through high-impact
