disruptive tech while hitting the market ASAP\nJob Description\nAs an Embedded Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of electronics hardware development on our robotic systems.\nYour everyday activities would include: system/sub-system architecture decisions, circuit design, component selection, schematic capture, PCB design, hardware bring-up, testing, validation, and production scale-up.\nYou will work closely with firmware, controls, and mechanical teams to build reliable, high-performance, and scalable robotic platforms.\nSkills / Requirements\nExperience Requirements\nBachelor’s / Master’s in Electronics Engineering or equivalent (ECE / EEE / EIE / Mechatronics)\n5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in embedded hardware design and development\nTechnical Skill Requirements\nCircuit Design & Hardware Development\nStrong experience in designing complex embedded hardware systems\nHands-on experience with designing sub-systems such as:Power supply and power management (LDOs, buck/boost converters)\nMicrocontroller / processor subsystems\nADC/DAC and mixed-signal circuits\nProtection, isolation, and interface circuits\n\nStrong understanding of signal integrity, grounding, EMI/EMC, and reliability principles\nAbility to interpret datasheets and make informed component trade-offs\nStrong understanding of core circuit building blocks:Voltage dividers, pull-up/pull-down networks\nAmplifiers (inverting/non-inverting), filters (RC/LC)\nMOSFET switching circuits, biasing, AC coupling\n\nExperience with high-speed and communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.)\nPCB Design & Tools\nExcellent proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium / KiCad / OrCAD or equivalent)\nExperience designing multi-layer PCBs with consideration for signal integrity and manufacturability\nAbility to review layouts for performance, noise, and thermal considerations\nTesting, Debugging & Validation\nStrong hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, signal generators)\nExperience in board bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis\nAbility to define and execute hardware validation and testing procedures\nManufacturing & Scale-up\nExperience working with vendors on PCB fabrication and assembly\nUnderstanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles\nExposure to production bring-up and scaling hardware systems\nNice to Have\nExposure to robotics, motor control systems, or industrial automation\nBasic firmware understanding (C/C++) and hardware-software integration\nExperience with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB, etc.)\nUnderstanding of control systems\nSoft Skill Requirements\nPassionate about robotics,
