This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where continuous improvement and teamwork are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and work instructions.\nRead and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing documentation.\nInstall tools, fixtures, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and machine setup.\nMonitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.\nPerform in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.\nVerify that finished components meet specified quality standards and tolerances.\nTroubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime.\nMaintain machine cleanliness and perform routine preventive maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Production teams to improve machining processes and productivity.\nSupport prototype builds, new product development activities, and production manufacturing.\nFollow all safety, quality, and workplace organization standards.\nQualifications\nITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Machining, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.\n2-5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and work holding methods.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\nExperience using precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.\nKnowledge of machining materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and engineering plastics.\nGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in robotics, automation, aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering industries.\nFamiliarity with Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC control systems.\nBasic
