This unique combination of institutional investment and deep industry alignment provides both the resources and market validation needed to transform the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are hiring an experienced Implementation Lead to play a critical role in directly impacting our growth and drive customer adoption.\nThe ideal candidate brings a robust background in enterprise-level software implementations, combining technical acumen with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into business value, working closely with engineering teams to build customer solutions, and managing executive-level relationships both internally and externally.\nExperience in program management is essential, as you'll be orchestrating multiple workstreams across product, engineering, and customer success teams. What's most crucial is your proven ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects and drive them to successful completion.\nThis role will report into our Head of Customer Success and work out of our SoHo NYC Office 4 days/week. The role will also require travel 10-30% of the year.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and drive large-scale enterprise implementation projects from inception through successful transition to Customer Success Management\n\nCoordinate across multiple internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful delivery\n\nManage executive-level relationships with enterprise partners, effectively communicating project status, risks, and deliverables\n\nTranslate technical requirements and solutions into clear business terms for stakeholders\n\nLead project planning and execution, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and change management\n\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blocks and challenges\n\nBuild and document processes while executing, helping establish best practices for future implementations\n\nDrive customer satisfaction through excellent project delivery and communication\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Experience\n7+ years of experience\n\nProven track record of managing enterprise-level software implementation projects end-to-end\n\nExperience working directly with engineering and product teams to build customer solutions\n\nStrong background in program management, with demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders\n\nExperience in executive-level communications and relationship management\n\nUnderstanding of software implementation lifecycle and best practices\n\nStrong presentation skills and experience speaking to large audiences\n\nFamiliarity with API concepts and technical troubleshooting\n\nExperience building high-performing teams including sourcing, recruiting, and closing candidates\n\nPersonal Attributes\nSelf-starter mentality with ability to build processes while executing\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguous situations and proposing clear paths forward\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively and go above and beyond\n\nExcellence in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building\n\nClear and effective communication skills at both technical and business levels\n\nStrong project management capabilities with attention to detail\n\nDesire to build a high performing team\n\nSalary Information\nTo provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
