In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple end to end implementations of Pereview Software across our global client base, driving successful delivery, strong client adoption, and measurable business outcomes.\nWould you describe yourself as:\nProactive and self-directed \nProven leader who motivates and guides internal and external team members \nConfident communicator who can influence stakeholders \nResults oriented with a strong sense of ownership \nHighly organized with strong attention to detail \nTeam player who is comfortable operating in fast paced, client facing environments \nSkilled at balancing big picture priorities with execution \nIf so, please start by completing this survey upon applying to the role:https://go.cultureindex.com/p/melUsBEWLdOT\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will lead multiple concurrent SaaS implementations, managing both Pereview team members and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget and of high quality.\nA critical success factor is industry experience in Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services or Accounting with understanding of business processes, reporting and operational workflows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead full lifecycle Pereview Software implementations from inception to completion\nWork with commercial real estate firms who are looking to leverage technology to automate their processes and manage their enterprise data better\nManage and execute detailed project plans across multiple engagements \nDiligently steward Pereview resources and client teams to drive alignment and delivery \nRegularly communicate and manage statuses with internal and external stakeholders, including key accomplishments, next steps, issues/risks, escalation and budget \nMaintain high standards of documentation, process discipline, and delivery quality\nManage project financials such as timesheet entry, resource forecasting, utilization analysis and expense management\nRequirements\n5+ years of Project Management experience, delivering software solutions (or similar web-based/digital development projects) using both waterfall and agile methodologies\n3+ years of experience managing SaaS deployments \nIndustry experience in Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services or Accounting\nBachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred\nExperience with project management tools such as Wrike, MS Project or Monday.com\nExperience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot \nStrong written, verbal and presentation communication skills \nTrack record of successful problem-solving\nPreferred (NOT REQUIRED):\nCAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).\nPMP (Project Management Professional).\nWHO ARE WE?\nPereview Software is the fastest growing provider of asset and portfolio management software to the global commercial real estate industry.
