Perfect Placer is seeking a Lead Master Data Management (MDM - Manufacturing) to establish and drive the comprehensive master data governance framework across global manufacturing operations.\n\nYou will be the single point of accountability for data quality, consistency, and compliance across critical domainsincluding Material/Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Vendor/Supplier Master, Routing, and Asset/Equipment registers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1. Governance & Compliance Framework:\n\n- Define and enforce the enterprise-wide MDM strategy, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data governance models.\n\n- Establish a RACI matrix detailing data ownership and stewardship across plant operations and corporate functions.\n\n- Lead the Data Governance Council to review data quality metrics, align stakeholders, and address policy escalations.\n\n- Ensure conformity of technical and material specifications with global engineering standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, DIN, BS).\n\n2. Data Operations & Lifecycle Management:\n\n- Manage end-to-end data lifecycles including the creation, modification, validation, classification, obsolescence, and archiving of data.\n\n- Own operational excellence for BOMs, routing, and Master Equipment Lists (MEL).\n\n- Drive data cleansing initiatives, duplication controls, mass updates, and critical migration activities during ERP upgrades.\n\n- Supervise standard categorization and criticality analysis for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) spares.\n\n3. Quality Monitoring & System Integration:\n\n- Build and monitor dashboards for tracking Master Data Quality KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and system health metrics.\n\n- Orchestrate cross-system alignment across PLM, ERP (such as SAP S/4HANA), and MES ecosystems.\n\n- Partner with IT Solution Architects to optimize automated workflows, reducing manual entry errors.\n\n4.
