You'll own features across the user interface, application backend, and database, working closely with product and engineering teammates.\nYou should be comfortable delivering across the stack and bring particular depth in at least one area. We value engineers who make thoughtful tradeoffs, simplify complex workflows, and help their teammates improve.\nWhat you'll do\nDeliver customer-facing features from product discussion through release and iteration.\n\nBuild responsive, accessible interfaces and the APIs and data models behind them.\n\nImprove shared components, application structure, and performance as the product evolves.\n\nWrite useful automated tests and investigate issues across frontend and backend boundaries.\n\nCollaborate with product and design to simplify workflows and balance customer needs with maintainable implementation.\n\nReview code, communicate technical decisions, and mentor less experienced engineers.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience independently delivering full-stack features in production web applications.\n\nStrong JavaScript skills and experience with a modern component-based frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.\n\nProficiency in a backend language and web framework, with experience building APIs and application business logic.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational data modeling.\n\nExperience managing frontend state, integrating APIs, and building usable interfaces with HTML and CSS.\n\nExperience with automated testing, debugging, code review, and shipping changes safely.\n\nGood product judgment, clear communication, and experience supporting other engineers through feedback or mentoring.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools for implementation, debugging, testing, or documentation.
