Also will involve Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow if needed.\nDrive Business Growth with Actionable Insights: Convert integrated financial and market data into forward-looking insights that identify opportunities for growth, productivity, and strategic simplification.\nOptimize Financial Performance and ROI: Proactively identify and track risks, opportunities, and efficiency gaps across cost pools to safeguard profitability and instill a robust return-on-investment mindset.\nOptimize Systems & Processes: Leverage technology and seek best-in-class practices to continuously improve forecasting accuracy, analytical tools, and process efficiency for the broader organization.\nKey Responsibilities (Daily/Regular Activities):\nPlanning & Forecasting Cycle Management: Prepare and consolidate financials for the Monthly Business Review (MBR), Rolling Forecast (RRF), and Annual Budget. Develop presentation materials and messaging for leadership.\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth variance analysis (vs. Budget, Forecast, Prior Year), explain key business drivers, and prepare management reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).\nBusiness Partnering: Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to understand performance, challenge assumptions, and provide financial guidance on initiatives and campaigns.\nEnhance Management Reporting & Accountability: Design and maintain a dynamic management reporting suite (e.g., daily shipment metrics) to enhance visibility and foster accountability across the organization.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously seek and implement best-in-class practices and benchmarks to improve forecasting accuracy, shorten lead times, and enhance analytical capabilities.\nStakeholder Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate financial results, forecasts, and complex insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels.\nAd-Hoc Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for new business opportunities, strategic projects, or other ad-hoc requests from senior management.\nOUR PERFECT CANDIDATE\nProven expertise in managing full P&L, leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. High level of proficiency in financial modelling required.\n· Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with major ERP/Reporting systems (SAP/Tagetik, etc.) is required. Power BI/Tableau skills are preferred.\n· Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and influence decision-making.\n· Fluent oral English. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills. Good communication skills for cross team collaboration and drive actions. Be capable of multi-tasking and stay calm under pressure.\n· A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\n· Familiar with SAP system, Tagetik is a plus option\n5-8 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within a multinational corporation (FMCG/Consumer Goods experience is highly advantageous).\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
