requirements are aligned with approved headcount budgets.\n\nHR Project Management:Support and coordinate local and regional HR projects.\nEnsure HR initiatives are implemented effectively and achieve expected outcomes.\nMonitor project progress and provide necessary follow-up actions.\n\nIndustrial Relations & External Stakeholder Management:Maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, local communities, and government authorities.\nSupport the management of employee relations and industrial relations matters.\nAssist in minimizing workplace disputes and resolving employee concerns.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws and government regulations.\n\nOUR PERFECT CANDIDATE\nBachelor’s Degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Management or related disciplines.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.\nStrong understanding of business management principles and manpower regulations.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nFamiliarity with human behavior, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and employee relations practices.\nGood negotiation and facilitation
