This role offers excellent exposure to global HR technology initiatives and provides opportunities to further develop expertise in SuccessFactors, HR systems and digital HR transformation.\nAbout the HRIS Operations & Support Specialist role:\nAs our HRIS Operations & Support Specialist you will be reporting to the Group HRIS Lead and will be working closely with 6 other multidiscipline team members in an international setting. We are on a journey to continuously enhance the digital employee experience by leveraging technology solutions that drive efficiency, improve processes and create value for the business.\nDuring your day to day work, you will connect with people from various departments across geographies who all work for the same goal of continuously improving our HR systems, modules and different toolsets. A solution driven approach with longer term effect, a supporting mindset, the ability to translate technical functionalities in a common understandable context and sense of humor are important for this role.\nCore Responsibilities:\nProvide functional support for SuccessFactors and related HR systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and coordination with Global IT where required.\nIdentify and drive opportunities to improve system functionality, streamline processes and reduce recurring issues.\nMaintain HRIS processes, procedures and support documentation.\nParticipate in HRIS projects and system enhancements, including testing, implementation and user support.\nSupport the development of reports, dashboards and analytics within SuccessFactors.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nHRIS users receive timely, accurate and effective support, resulting in a positive user experience.\nData quality and system integrity are maintained to a high standard.\nProcess improvements and system enhancements reduce manual effort and recurring issues.\nHR technology initiatives are delivered successfully and adopted effectively by end users.\nReporting and analytics provide reliable insights to support business decision-making.\nOUR PERFECT CANDIDATE\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.\n2-3 years of experience working with HR systems, HR technology or related IT applications.\nPrior HRIS/HR Technology Experience with any of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules (we currently use Employee Central, Recruiting, Reporting, Succession, Compensation and Goals/Performance).\nAbility to explain technical topics to non- technical users.\nStrong customer service and listening skills.\nUnderstanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.\nDemonstrated ability to identify gaps, improvement opportunities and bring them to realization.\nExperience with ticketing/service management tools.\nExceptional analytical skill, process-oriented mindset.\nAbility to maintain and handle highly confidential information.\nAbility to work independently and willingness to take ownership, research solutions and complete tasks.\nWE OFFER\nA great place to work with plenty of room for personal development, learning and international collaboration.
