Join our Global IBP team and help steer global planning decisions for key confectionery categories. The position we are hiring for is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAs part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team within the Global Supply Chain organization, you will:\nManage global planning activities for the Hard Candy portfolio, including Lollipops and Power Mints.\nConsolidate planning and performance data from global sources and translate findings into meaningful business insights.\nAnalyze demand trends and compare demand with manufacturing capacity across 22 factories worldwide.\nSupport the monthly S&OP process with clear analyses, recommendations, and management presentations.\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.\nCollaborate with regional planning teams and directors across multiple geographies and cultures.\nIdentify risks and opportunities proactively and support decision-making within the global planning network.\nOUR PERFECT CANDIDATE\nExperience in supply chain planning, integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning and/or S&OP environments.\nStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nKnowledge of supply chain planning processes within a manufacturing environment.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions.\nA proactive, self-reliant, and action-oriented mindset.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to collaborate successfully in virtual and international teams.\nWE OFFER\nTemporary assignment from November until April\n32-40 hours per week\nOpportunity to work in a global Integrated Business Planning environment\nExposure to senior stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures\nWork at a dynamic international company with leading global brands\nHybrid working: 3 days in the Amsterdam office\nABOUT THE COMPANY\nPerfetti Van Melle is a privately owned company that manufactures and distributes candy and chewing gum in over 150 countries worldwide.
