Based in Prague, our local team is part of one of the largest confectionery and chewing gum manufacturers in the world, with operations in over 150 countries.\nAs our Junior Key Account Manager, you'll support one of our experienced Key Account Managers while managing your own portfolio of customers. This is a newly created position, created to develop future Key Account Managers, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their commercial career within an international FMCG business.\nYour core responsibilities at a glance:\nIn this role, you will:\nIndependently manage and grow a portfolio of customers across alternative retail channels, including non-food retailers (e.g. Rossmann), smaller retail accounts, e-commerce, petrol stations, vending operators, and drugstores.\nSupport the Key Account Manager responsible for Lidl, Kaufland, and Tesco, helping drive the success of some of our most important retail partnerships.\nIdentify new business opportunities and maximize the growth potential of your customer portfolio.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver sustainable sales growth.\nPrepare and implement account plans in line with the company's commercial strategy and objectives.\nMonitor sales performance, analyse results, and recommend actions to improve business performance.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution and customer satisfaction.\nWork with SAP and other commercial tools to support planning, reporting, and account management.\nThe ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle - is this your flavor?\nWe are Taste Makers in Candy!
