You’ll act as the single point of contact for plant and markets, managing exceptions related to plant restrictions, driving solutions and supporting the preparation of the Regional Supply & Operations Planning meeting (S&OP).\nWe welcome applications from colleagues interested in working from either Warsaw or Lainate!\nThis opportunity offers the flexibility to join our team from either location, while contributing to our European supply planning operations.\nYour core responsibilities at a glance:\nPerform and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods within assigned categories using SAP and O9 to ensure optimal output aligned with business goals \nCreate and maintain the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying bottlenecks and risks while adjusting production plans\nMaintain close relation with markets by weekly S&OE Demand Fulfilment meetings ensuring communication flow and feedback\nSupport effective Supply Review Meetings (S&OP) decisions, optimizing end-to-end allocation and assessing capacity or investment needs\nImplement S&OP decisions and ensure effective communication with local manufacturing teams for execution\nTrack and report key performance metrics including CFR, inventory and waste\nThe ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle - is this your flavor?\nWe are Taste Makers in Candy!
