IPLM is a leading provider of intellectual property lifecycle management and traceability solutions for enterprises. You will lead a team of engineers in an agile environment with a state-of-the-art CI/CD pipeline, guiding technical direction, delivery, and people development while staying close to the code. engineers, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.\nOwn delivery of the IPLM web client: plan sprints, set priorities, manage risks, and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.\nPartner with Product Managers, QA, Support, and engineering teams across the globe to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with backend services.\nSet frontend architecture and design standards for performance, scalability, and an intuitive user experience.\nReview designs and code, and step in on high-complexity technical problems, integration issues, and performance debugging.\nDrive automated test coverage and engineering best practices (code quality, CI/CD, documentation).\nAct as the escalation point for complex customer issues, working with the Support team to resolve them quickly.\nReport on team progress, capacity, and risks to senior engineering leadership.\nFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\n10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software products, including (preferably) 2+ years leading or managing engineers (team lead, tech lead with direct reports, or manager).\nStrong hands-on background in JavaScript and modern frameworks, primarily Vue.js or similar (React).\nSolid command of the frontend stack: HTML5, CSS frameworks, JavaScript, and server-side components such as Node.js.\nProven experience architecting frontend applications built for performance and scalability.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and their integration with frontend applications.\nStrong understanding of how to engineer products using latest AI trends.\nExperience with build tools (Maven, Gradle, etc.).\nExperience running agile teams, including estimation, planning, and delivery tracking.\nAbility to coach and mentor engineers, give constructive feedback, and manage performance.\nExcellent verbal and written English, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.\nPassion for software development and quality.\nGood to have\nExperience with AG Grid and AG Charts.\nNode.js experience.\nCross-browser and cross-platform compatibility expertise.\nExposure to EDA, semiconductor, or IP management/traceability domains.\nBuilds and maintains simple no-code or low-code AIautomations, documents workflows and guardrails, and applies human-in-the-loop and ethical
