components of the product across the stack, from back-end services to TypeScript-based front-end user interfaces\nApply AI-assisted and agentic tooling across design, coding, testing, code review, and delivery to improve team productivity and quality\nBuild and operate LLM-based features, including agentic workflows and RAG pipelines, with attention to reliability, evaluation, and cost\nDeliver complex projects by defining structure in areas of uncertainty, identifying and expressing discrete deliverables, and coordinating with other teams\nRespond to time sensitive issues within multiple familiar software modules or subsystems, root cause issues, and proactively improve robustness of individual features\nProactively help team by contributing to best practices and helping peers adopt AI-assisted development practices\nAssess the impact of issues to identify and drive systematic improvements within an area\nWork with engineering teams, product management, sales, and customers to understand requirements and develop solutions\nWork with support, the field and customers to collect relevant data to come up with solutions and/or workarounds on complex, critical customer problems\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience building enterprise products using Java, with hands-on experience with industry best practices\nHands-on full-stack capability, including front-end development with TypeScript and a modern framework (e.g., React or Angular), and integrating front-end applications with back-end services and APIs\nAI-Driven Development: Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted and agentic tooling across the software development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, code review, and delivery), with a track record of measurably improving team productivity or quality and helping peers adopt these practices\nExperience designing, building, and running LLM-based applications beyond prototypes, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, and orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen, or in-house frameworks), with attention to reliability, evaluation, and cost\nExperience in analyzing, debugging and diagnosing complex software systems - considering complexities like Performance, Scale, Interaction with Operating Systems, Multi-threaded interactions, etc.\nProficiency with efficient algorithm design, data structures and design patterns.\nProvide technical guidance to peers and junior engineers, contributing to high-quality software design and development\nConduct code reviews to maintain code quality, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards\nCollaborate with functional leaders and provide technical input on design and delivery\nContinuously review and make recommendations to improve processes, tools and implementation\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to handle critical situations involving high priority customer issues, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nExcellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills\nPrior experience of working with teams in the US or other countries\nMinimum undergraduate college/university degree in computer science or related experience\nNice to have:\nHands on experience with shell scripts or Python\nPrior experience in Unix/Linux/Mainframe systems\nUnderstanding of operating systems, databases and file systems\nPrior experience working in security, performance, monitoring and scalability\nExtensive experience in web application security, including expertise in certificates, ciphers, SSL/TLS protocols, and related security concepts\nExperience working with CI/CD and(or) DevOps workflows & tools\nAI Fluency\nCrafts effective, outcome-oriented prompts, iterates to improve quality and speed,
