This is how we build advantage and how we help protect our service members, our communities, and our country.\nNow, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a M365 Engineer.\nWhatYou’llDo\nManage core M365 GCC High services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Security & Compliance Center.\nConfigure policies, admin roles, conditional access, retention within the tenant.\nSupport governance, lifecycle management, and best practices for collaboration tools.\nDevelop robust PowerShell scripts for tenant administration, reporting, identity operations, and service automation.\nCreate and maintain automation scripts, documentation, and repeatable workflows for operational tasks.\nUtilize Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online PowerShell, Teams modules, SharePoint PnP, and Intune Graph API for advanced automation.\nBuild automated audit logs, compliance snapshots, and technical runbooks.\nManage identity lifecycle processes, group-based licensing, and access reviews.\nTroubleshoot authentication, conditional access failures, MFA, and SSO integrations.\nCollaborate with systems engineers to support service upgrades, new feature rollouts, and large-scale modernization projects.\nContribute to architectural discussions around M365 service optimization, automation improvements, and long-term scaling.\nRequirements\n5-8 years of experience supporting or administering Microsoft 365 environments in an IT support, systems administration, or similar technical role.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.\nDemonstrates strong self-management skills by independently prioritizing and completing job responsibilities with minimal supervision while consistently meeting expectations.\nHands-on experience creating and managing Intune device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployments.\nProficiency with PowerShell for automation, reporting, and maintaining administrative notebooks or runbooks.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve issues involving endpoints, user access, collaboration tools, and cloud services.\nCompliance administration within CMMC, NIST SP 800-171 guidelines.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams (security, network, infrastructure, engineering) on complex issues or projects.\nMust have the ability to obtain andmaintaina U.S. Security Clearance. \nPreferred\nFamiliarity with Jira administration, including workflows, fields, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.\nLinux/macOS endpoint management experience.\nMulti-Tenant 365 administration.\nOkta integration workflows and troubleshooting.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This role requires use of standard office equipment. This Position may require occasional travel to other PDW facility locations. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross-departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities.
