This is how we build advantage and how we help protect our service members, our communities, and our country.\nWhatYou’llDo\nLead the design and development of complex PCB assemblies and electrical subsystems from concept through production.\nOwn schematic capture, PCB layout guidance, design reviews, board bring-up, validation testing, and manufacturing support activities.\nDesign robust analog, digital, and power electronics solutions for demanding environments.\nApply DFM, DFT, reliability, and scalability principles.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex hardware failures.\nCollaborate across software, mechanical, manufacturing, product, quality, and supply chain teams.\nDrive electrical design reviews and provide technical recommendations.\nMentor junior engineers.\nSupport field deployments and troubleshooting.\nContribute to engineering process improvements.\nRequirements\nAdvanced proficiency with Altium Designer.\nStrong experience designing analog, digital, and power electronic circuits.\nExperience designing high-speed digital systems.\nStrong understanding of PCB stack-up design, signal integrity, power distribution, grounding, and EMI/EMC mitigation.\nSignificant hands-on experience with bring-up, debugging, and validation.\nExperience designing products for manufacturability and production scale.\nBachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional electronics development experience.\nPreferred\nExperience with battery-powered systems or motor control electronics.\nBackground in UAVs, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems.\nExperience supporting production ramp and high-rate manufacturing.\nFamiliarity with AS9100 or ISO9001.\nExperience integrating sensors, cameras, radios, or embedded computing platforms.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
