This is how we build advantage and how we help protect our service members, our communities, and our country.\nWhatYou’llDo\nProvide technical leadership across multiple electrical subsystems and product programs.\nArchitect complex electrical systems and serve as a recognized technical authority.\nDefine and uphold electrical engineering standards, methodologies, and development processes.\nLead critical design reviews and technical decision-making processes.\nDrive continuous improvement in reliability, manufacturability, testability, scalability, and production efficiency.\nPartner closely with engineering leadership, product management, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.\nMentor engineers across all experience levels.\nSupport supplier engagement and production issue resolution.\nLead root cause investigations for complex system-level failures.\nServe as a technical escalation point for challenging electrical issues.\nRequirements\nExpert-level proficiency with Altium Designer.\nDeep expertise in analog, digital, power electronics, and embedded hardware systems.\nExtensive experience designing high-speed digital systems.\nStrong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC mitigation, and reliability engineering.\nProven experience leading electrical architecture decisions.\nExperience supporting high-rate manufacturing environments.\nBachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional electronics development experience including technical leadership.\nPreferred\nDirect experience designing UAVs, robotics platforms, aerospace systems, or autonomous systems.\nExperience developing advanced power systems.\nFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO9001, IPC, or MIL standards.\nExperience qualifying suppliers and scaling production.\nTrack record of mentoring engineers and building teams.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
