Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.\nIn this role, your responsibilities will include:\nGreeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor\nManaging client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email\nScheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals\nMaintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed\nAssisting in insurance verification and authorization processes\nCollecting co-payments and fees for services\nEnsuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area\nSupporting other administrative tasks as necessary\nIf you are passionate about promoting wellness and making a positive impact on people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
