environment\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, and Automation technologies, specifically in health and performance monitoring for infrastructure, databases, and applications\nRequirements\nBSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline\nSolid experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems (on-premises and/or Cloud), Databases, Applications. \nExperience or strong interest in tools such as OpenText OpsBridge, uCMDB, Dynatrace, VMware vRealize Operations (vROps), Zabbix, ManageEngine, Microsoft Operations Manager (SCOM), IBM, BMC, etc\nProficiency in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure\nEngineering skills in Unix/Linux and/or Windows environments\nExperience with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell\nKnowledge of databases and SQL\nFamiliarity with artificial intelligence-driven automation and anomaly detection technologies is highly desirable\nFluency in Greek and English\nStrong
