We are on an ambitious scaling journey, supported by leading global venture capital investors, and are working to become the platform on which modern wealth management runs.\n\nYou can read more about our product at performativ.com.\n\nAs our new Senior Software Engineer — Wealth Management Systems 📈\n\nYou will help the team solve some of the hardest product and data problems across Performativ’s investment platform.\n\nYou will work where financial workflows, product decisions, and technical systems meet: portfolio data, reporting, fees, reconciliation, instruments, transactions, cash, performance, and trading. Your contribution will be turning that complexity into coherent solutions that work across customers rather than becoming a collection of one-off customisations.\n\nThis is not a narrowly scoped position. We work as one team, and you should be willing to tackle any important problem within our area.\n\nYou will apply deep experience from wealth management, asset management, private banking, portfolio management, investment operations, trading, custody, or related financial infrastructure to develop sound product and system designs.\n\nYou will investigate problems that cross financial data, calculations, APIs, integrations, operational processes, and production systems—determining their root causes and delivering reliable solutions that others can understand and extend.\n\nYou will bring product thinking to ambiguous requirements, working closely with users and customer-facing colleagues to distinguish reusable platform needs from customer-specific preferences.\n\nYou will use AI agents to produce much of the implementation. We expect you to design the solution, direct agents effectively, challenge their assumptions, review their output, and establish the tests and evidence needed for safe production deployment.\n\nYou will lead when your knowledge makes you the right person to lead, follow through on what you take on, contribute to the work of others, and help teammates succeed.\n\nExperience with performance calculations, valuations, fees, reporting, reconciliation, corporate actions, or portfolio-management systems would be particularly valuable.\n\nWe value your passion 🔥\n\nAt Performativ, we are builders first. We work together primarily from our city-centre office, with flexibility to work from home when it makes sense.
