We are on an ambitious scaling journey, supported by leading global venture capital investors, and are working to become the platform on which modern wealth management runs.\n\nYou can read more about our product at performativ.com.\n\nAs our new Software Engineer, Reporting & Fee Management 📈\n\nYou will help build the products our customers use to communicate investment results and charge their clients.\n\nReporting and fee management look simple from the outside, but every wealth manager has its own data, calculations, presentation requirements, commercial agreements, and operating processes. Joining Performativ should not require customers to abandon what makes their business work.\n\nOur direction is to turn these differences into flexible, reusable platform capabilities. This includes a new reporting workbench and AI-assisted experiences that allow users to configure, generate, and publish reports and fee arrangements safely themselves.\n\nYou will build reporting and fee-management capabilities that turn complex portfolio data and customer requirements into accurate, understandable outputs.\n\nYou will work closely with users and customer-facing colleagues to understand real workflows, challenge assumptions, and distinguish reusable product needs from one-off requests.\n\nYou will help develop self-service configuration and AI-assisted workflows, with clear validation, permissions, review steps, and safeguards for untrusted input.\n\nYou will investigate issues across data, calculations, configuration, and presentation, then deliver permanent solutions that are observable, testable, and safe to deploy.\n\nYou will direct AI agents to produce much of the implementation, review their decisions and output critically, and leave systems in a state that teammates can understand and extend.\n\nYou should bring solid software-engineering judgment and an interest in developing product and financial-domain understanding. Experience with investment reporting, fee calculations, portfolio data, document generation, configurable workflows, or financial software would be valuable, but deep experience with our exact technology stack is not required.\n\nWe value your passion 🔥\n\nAt Performativ, we are builders first.
