You’ll need to generate new opportunities, close meetings with inbound leads, run effective sales calls and close enterprise customers in B2B SaaS. You will conduct demonstrations for and build relationships with senior executives at our target companies. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.\nThis is a 100% remote position- now & forever\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDemonstrate the value of PerformYard in prospect meetings, sales calls and product demos \nEffectively manage a high volume of inbound leads\nStrategize with other top-producing sales reps and leadership \nEfficiently manage long-term relationships with prospect companies\nUnderstand prospects' needs and help them overcome their challenges\nManage a large pipeline of interested organizations \nMaintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipeline\nGenerate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with the dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for setting and qualifying meetings \nLeverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficient\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree\n2+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles\nAt least 1+ year in a quota-carrying closing role, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets\nExperience with the full life cycle of the sales process \nA demonstrated track record of success in a sales role\nA strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales\nThe ability to write crisp emails and present with a great phone presence \nKnowledge/Experience of/in any of the following industry sectors is a plus: Enterprise SaaS, HR SaaS, Talent Mgmt \nBonus Points:\nA desire to do and achieve brilliant things!\nAuthentically curious, you love learning and improving yourself\nIntegrity is fundamentally important to you\nYou are organized and have excellent time management skills\nYou want to make a real difference\nYou are naturally entrepreneurial and street smart\nSound like you?
