The ideal candidate will bring strong retail operations experience, proven leadership skills and a solid track record in improving operational efficiency and profitability.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\nOversee the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient, seamless and consistent execution across all business functions and retail operations.\nDevelop and implement operational strategies to support business growth, profitability and long-term objectives.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance and financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement.\nOversee retail operations and ensure high standards of customer experience, service, store presentation and operational excellence.\nLead and support operational teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and a high-performance culture.\nDevelop and manage operational budgets, monitor costs and resources, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise profitability and return on investment.\nWork closely with the Directors to translate business strategy into effective operational plans and measurable results.\nOversee key relationships with suppliers, service providers and other strategic partners.\nIdentify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable requirements.\nLead and support strategic projects including new store openings, renovations, relocations and business expansion initiatives.\nProvide regular reports, analysis and recommendations to Directors regarding operational performance, business risks, opportunities and strategic initiatives.\nPromote a culture of professionalism, accountability, excellence and continuous improvement, aligned with the standards and values of a luxury retail environment.\nRequirements\nMinimum 8-10+ years of proven experience in retail operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership role.\nPrevious experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or in a similar senior operational position.\nExperience in luxury or premium retail is highly desirable.\nStrong experience with budgets, KPIs, profitability and cost management.\nProven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and operational functions.\nStrong strategic thinking,
