This role exists to embed senior design expertise directly into local Product and Engineering squads, ensuring that complex product challenges are met with clear thinking, strong craft, and consistent execution. You'll own significant product initiatives end-to-end, help shape how design integrates into the development process earlier and more effectively, and serve as a key bridge between our Israel and Montréal design teams.
