You will guide residential and industrial subdivisions from early feasibility, master planning and servicing strategy through design, approvals and construction, working closely with the team and executive leadership.\nThe opportunity\nLead land development projects and development stages, taking ownership of technical delivery, programme, project budgets and client communication.\n\nProvide practical advice on development feasibility, servicing constraints, infrastructure requirements, construction costs and staging.\n\nLead and review civil designs covering earthworks, roads, pavements, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure.\n\nCoordinate engineers, designers and specialist consultants to deliver complete, constructable and appropriately reviewed documentation.\n\nManage authority and utility interfaces, progressing approvals and resolving issues that affect development outcomes.\n\nPrepare fee proposals, manage scope changes and maintain sound commercial control throughout delivery.\n\nBuild trusted client relationships, understand upcoming development opportunities and contribute to securing repeat and new work.\n\nMentor engineers and designers, delegate effectively and help strengthen the team’s technical and project delivery capability.\n\nWork with our construction team to resolve design queries and support successful delivery and handover.\n\nWhat you will bring\nA recognised degree in Civil Engineering.\n\nStrong experience delivering land development projects in Western Australia, including subdivision design, servicing, approvals and construction.\n\nThe engineering judgement and initiative to lead projects independently and resolve complex delivery issues.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing project finances, preparing proposals and maintaining productive client relationships.\n\nThe ability to lead technical reviews and guide work produced using 12d and AutoCAD.\n\nA practical leadership approach, with experience mentoring staff and coordinating project teams.\n\nChartered professional recognition such as CPEng is desirable.\n\nWhy Peritas?\nYou will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and client relationships, contribute directly to the growth of our land development portfolio and influence how our team delivers its work.\nWorking alongside experienced engineering and construction leaders, you will remain involved in the engineering while developing others and helping shape the team’s future and the directs rewards from financial performance.\nChoose Your Own Adventure\nAt Peritas, your journey is unique.
