We're hiring a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus to redesign the rep experience across our Sales and Revenue teams. You'll join the global Salesforce team for 12 months to make the CRM faster, clearer and more intuitive.\nThis is a hands-on build role. You'll design the experience and code it in Lightning Web Components, working with Sales, RevOps, Marketing and Data, and directly with the reps who use the result.\nWhat You Will Do\nRedesign the rep experience\nAudit the current Lightning experience (record pages, console apps, list views, home pages) and find where reps lose time to clicks, clutter and missing context.\n\nTurn what you find into a prioritised roadmap of UI improvements tied to rep productivity and adoption.\n\nDesign and prototype improved layouts, workflows and components, and validate them with reps before building.\n\nBuild with LWC\nDevelop custom Lightning Web Components (and supporting Apex where needed) that replace clunky standard layouts with focused, usable interfaces.\n\nConfigure and extend Lightning App Builder pages, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions and console apps to deliver a consistent experience across teams and regions.\n\nBuild reusable components and follow SLDS conventions so the UI stays consistent and maintainable after your contract ends.\n\nMake it stick\nRun feedback sessions, usability tests and pilots with reps and managers, and iterate on the results.\n\nTrack adoption, page performance and user satisfaction to show what each release changed.\n\nCreate release notes, short walkthroughs and handover documentation so changes land well and the team can maintain what you build.\n\nWork as part of the global team\nWork within the global team's standards for source control, code review, sandboxes and release management.\n\nPartner with admins, architects and data teams so UI changes fit the wider data model, security model and automation.\n\nPass on what you learn about Lightning UX patterns and LWC best practices to the wider team.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nMust have\nStrong, demonstrable experience building Lightning Web Components in production.\n\nSolid Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data model knowledge to support your components.\n\nDeep knowledge of Lightning Experience customisation: App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, console apps and Flows.\n\nExperience with Salesforce DX, Git and a CI/CD or deployment process.\n\nA UX mindset: you start from user problems, can explain design decisions, and can take feedback from non-technical users.\n\nClear communication and the ability to work independently across time zones in a global team.\n\nNice to have\nPortfolio or examples of Salesforce UI work you've shipped (screenshots or demos are ideal).\n\nExperience with SLDS, Figma or similar prototyping tools, and accessibility (WCAG) principles.\n\nExperience in Sales Cloud, especially rep-facing workflows such as opportunity management, account planning and pipeline views.\n\nJest testing for LWC, and Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder).\n\nExperience with performance profiling and optimisation in Lightning pages.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like (12 Months)\nMonth 3: UX audit complete and a prioritised roadmap agreed with Sales leadership.\n\nMonth 6: First wave of redesigned pages and components live for a pilot group, with adoption and feedback baselined.\n\nMonth 12: Redesigned experience rolled out to target teams, a maintained component library in place, and full documentation handed to the global team.\n\nWhat we offer\n30 days of annual leave to rest and recharge, plus all public holidays.\n\nYour choice of perk: a gym membership (Urban Sports Club) or a BVG public transport ticket.\n\nCompetitive compensation paired with equity in Perk.\n\nUnforgettable team experiences, including our annual summer party.\n\nComprehensive wellbeing support through Spring Health, offering fast access to 12 therapy and 12 coaching sessions for you and your loved ones.\n\nFlexible compensation options to help your money go further.\n\n17 weeks of paid parental leave during your child’s first year.\n\n16 paid volunteer hours each year to give back to causes you care about.\n\nUp to 20 “Work From Anywhere” days annually to explore the world while staying connected.\n\nA fully paid four-week sabbatical after five years with Perk.\n\nRelocation support to help you move seamlessly into one of our hubs.\n\nAI at Perk\nAI is embedded in how we work across every function.
