Managing a portfolio of accounts, you will drive customer health, engagement, adoption, and retention, working closely with a dedicated Contract Manager to support long-term customer success.\nAs part of an evolving Customer Success function, you will use customer insights, automation, and data-driven workflows to prioritise engagement, identify risk, and help customers realise value from our platform.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPortfolio Management & Customer Health\nManage a portfolio of mid-market customers, monitoring health, engagement, and risk.\n\nUse customer data and platform insights to prioritise activity and identify opportunities.\n\nMaintain accurate account records and health updates within the CRM.\n\nValue-Led Engagement\nDeliver proactive engagement that helps customers achieve value from the platform.\n\nLead business reviews and success planning discussions.\n\nBuild strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.\n\nRisk Management & Escalation\nIdentify and manage customer risks, and act before issues escalate.\n\nDevelop recovery plans for at-risk accounts and provide clear risk updates internally.\n\nSurface customer trends and insights to support wider team improvements.\n\nContract Manager Collaboration\nPartner with Contract Managers to support renewals and customer retention.\n\nShare account health, risk, and engagement insights.\n\nIdentify expansion opportunities and commercial risks.\n\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nUse automation, AI-assisted tools, and customer insights to drive engagement.\n\nContribute to process improvements and scalable ways of working.\n\nHelp optimise customer journeys and operational efficiency.\n\nSkills & Experience Required:\nCustomer Success experience within a B2B SaaS environment.\n\nExperience managing a large customer portfolio in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong CRM and customer success platform experience.\n\nCommercial awareness with a focus on retention and customer value.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nExcellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management.\n\nAdaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nWork mode\nHybrid work mode to be in our London or Sheffield office at least twice per week.\n\nInterview process\nInterview with the Senior Talent Advisor\n\nIntroduction with the Head of Mid-Market Client Success and a Business Team Manager\n\nAssessment task to be shared for final stage interview\n\nFinal interview with the Head of Mid-Market Client Success and a Business Team Manager\n\nDiversity & Inclusion\nAt Perkbox, we are committed to being an inclusive employer and creating a fair workplace for all.
