If you’re excited by purpose-driven work, fast-paced growth, and creating better employee experiences at scale, you’ll fit right in.\nAs we continue to grow our Bulgaria-based team, we’re hiring an experiencedSenior DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure across our cloud and on-premises environments.\nYou'll play a key role in improving platform reliability, driving automation, strengthening security, and enabling the efficient delivery of technology solutions across the business.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDesign, build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments using Infrastructure as Code.\n\nManage and optimise Kubernetes (EKS), ECS and serverless platforms to ensure performance, resilience and cost efficiency.\n\nBuild, improve and automate CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable and efficient software deployments.\n\nEmbed DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, secrets management and policy-driven controls.\n\nOwn observability and monitoring capabilities, including alerting, performance monitoring and incident response.\n\nSupport platform resilience through backup, disaster recovery, business continuity and on-call participation.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Security and business teams to deliver platform improvements and manage technical risk.\n\nMaintain clear technical documentation, runbooks and operational processes while championing continuous improvement.\n\nSkills and experience required:\n4+ years' experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering or similar role.\n\nStrong experience managing secure, scalable AWS infrastructure and hybrid environments.\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), containers and modern cloud-native technologies.\n\nProven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\n\nStrong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash or similar.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.\n\nStrong Linux and Windows administration skills within production environments.\n\nSolid understanding of networking, security, system architecture and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.\n\nWork Mode & Salary:\nRemote working within Bulgaria only.
