Learn more at www.covaris.com.\nSummary:\nPerforms assembly and manufacturing operations for consumables and accessories according to established procedures and quality standards. This position supports the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, and documentation. The Production Assembler reports to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager and works collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.\nEssential Responsibilities: The employee may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential responsibilities as determined by business necessity.\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to assemble and package products ensuring that product specifications are met. \nOperate production equipment to assemble new and revised products. \nInspects raw materials, components, and finished products to verify quality standards are met.\nReports product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to the Production Supervisor.\nAssists with product testing, inspection, labeling, and packaging as required\nCompletes required production records, batch records, and other documentation accurately.\nMaintain workspace in clean, organized, and safe manner.\nParticipate in the investigation of production problems with equipment or processes.\nFollows all company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as applicable.\nNon-Essential Responsibilities: In addition to the essential responsibilities listed above, the employee may be required to perform other non-essential functions.
