The Data Analyst duties include collaborating with other data professionals to extract data figures, creating reports based on their findings, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ongoing reports.\n\nUse data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.\n\nAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.\n\nIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.\n\nFilter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.\n\nWork with management to prioritize business and information needs.\n\nLocate and define new process improvement opportunities.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nTechnical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques, data cleaning.\n\nKnowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc), ETL frameworks.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.\n\nVery good English - minimum B2/C1 level (written & spoken).\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\nProven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.\n\nExperience with Data Visualization Software, preferably Power BI.\n\nProficient in use of SAP or similar ERP systems.\n\nExperience in Alteryx or other similar software.\n\nPrevious experience in a service organization.\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\n\nProven operational ability to visualize, identify steps and implement
