Do you thrive in a role where communication, organisation, and collaboration truly matter?\nIf you take pride in being reliable, proactive, and people-focused, this Site Coordinator role could be a great fit.\nWe’re looking for a Site Coordinator/Planner to work as part of a small, collaborative onsite team, supporting one of our key OneSource accounts. You will work closely with another Site Coordinator and the rest of our on-site team, sharing responsibilities and helping ensure that service operations run seamlessly each day.\nPlease note this role will be based at our customer site in Slough, but in 2027 they will be relocating to Windlesham, Surrey.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCoordinate service activity as part of a team\nWork jointly with our other Site Coordinator to schedule and manage all equipment maintenance - from preventive to corrective work.\nShare responsibility for tracking work orders in our systems, ensuring statuses are kept accurate and up to date.\nRespond to emails, calls, and system requests, aligning with the team to ensure a consistent and timely customer experience.\nSupport strong communication across the site\nPartner with your fellow Site Coordinator to communicate with customers, engineers, and vendors - ensuring clear, aligned messaging and reducing duplication.\nHelp manage updates, handovers, and service timelines so everyone on site has the information they need.\nProvide support during vendor visits, including coordination, documentation checks, and escorting responsibilities when required.\nShare vendor management and procurement tasks\nJointly handle vendor coordination - requesting quotes, scheduling activity, following up on outstanding work, and ensuring documentation is complete.\nConfidently challenge vendors when needed.\nAssist with raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders, working with your teammate to split and organise procurement tasks efficiently, when required.\nMaintain accurate equipment and service records\nCollaborate with the team to track equipment adds, changes, and removals across customer and internal systems.\nEnsure service entitlement, coverage, and documentation are accurate and complete.\nContribute to a culture of continuous improvement\nWork with your fellow Site Coordinator and site team to identify workflow improvements and enhance the customer experience.\nShare insights, flag potential issues early, and help drive resolutions collaboratively.\nParticipate as an active member of a supportive and coordinated service team.\nWhat we’re looking for\nTeam-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to share responsibilities, communicate openly, and support colleagues.\nHighly organised, able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining accurate records.\nStrong communicator, comfortable engaging with customers, engineers, and vendors.\nProactive and reliable, with a problem-solving approach and a focus on service quality.\nCustomer-focused, ensuring every interaction is professional, clear, and helpful.\nPrevious experience in service coordination, planning, scheduling, laboratory support, or a similar operational role.\nExperience using service management or scheduling systems.\nWorking knowledge of equipment service processes within technical or regulated environments.\nStrong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel\nConfident written and spoken English\nValid driving license preferred\nAbility to write clear, professional emails and communicate
