With over an 80+ year legacy of advancing science and a mission of innovating for a healthier world, our dedicated team collaborates closely with commercial, government, academic and healthcare customers to deliver our broad portfolio of analytical solutions, and OneSource services.\nJob Title\nProcurement Specialist (fixed term)Location(s)\nKrakowJob Description\nWe are looking for Procurement Specialist to join the OneSource Team in Krakow.\nHybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3days office)\nIt's a fixed term contract (~ 15-18 months)\nKey Responsibilities:\nSourcing of suppliers and supplier qualification.\nSourcing, negotiating, and procurement of service contracts in support of our OneSource Enterprise contracts and asset management portfolio.\nDeveloping, deploying and awarding supplier contracts and agreements (RFP).\nEngage in all aspects of supplier management with a focus on improving profitability and delivering customer satisfaction.\nIdentifying appropriate service coverage for different customers or types of equipment and opportunities to expand our service platform strategy.\nStrategic Supplier Management - insuring good relationships with our supply base while acting as an escalation path for supplier issues across the OneSource Enterprise portfolio.\nInteracts closely with suppliers and Quality to resolve quality issues.\nConduct routine supplier meetings to develop and maintain supplier relationship.\nUse data to drive decisions and provide market/competitive feedback while supporting the field organization and providing visibility and accessibility to supplier metrics, tools and processes.\nRequirements: \nEquivalent 3+ years of procurement experience.\nMust have a proven record of strong negotiation skills and buying strategies culminating in positive financial results.\nThorough knowledge of developing, deploying and awarding service contracts (RFP).\nDeep understanding of vendor/supplier communications and best practices.\nProven ability to ensure cost effective services arrangements.\nStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team.\nExcellent motivational, communication (oral/written), presentation and influencing skills.\nMust possess confidence and assertiveness\nExcellent critical thinking/ analytical and problem solving skills.\nStrong execution and follow through.\nKey Competencies:\nBias for Action:\nAction-orientated - enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than others.\nDeliver results - can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very performance orientated; steadfastly pushes self and others for results.\nCustomer focus:\nBuilds voice of the customer feedback into all strategies and plans.
