safety, health and environmental programs, integrate EHS management system into site safety work process\nEnsure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to department and job functions for assigned team\nCoordinating (external & internal) EHS related training and certification to site employees\nRegular report out to local/corporate leaders and government authorities\nWork with APAC EHS team and cross functions to conduct EHS Self-assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gaps and develop action plan to continual improve EHS management system in Taicang site.\nMaintain a documentation system to keep company, corporate and mandatory EHS rules/ regulations, communication materials, inspection, and audit reports etc. to ensure that the major activities are properly documented according to needs.\nFully support on incident investigation and provide solution to avoid reoccurrences, consolidate incident report\nCoordinate ISO14001 & ISO45001 implementation in Taicang site\nOther tasks that assigned by his/her supervisor\nBasic Qualifications\nBS/BA degree in safety engineering, chemical engineering or related field\nNational registered safety engineer is preferred\nMinimum 5 years of EHS experience\nSound knowledge of current HSE legislation and GB code\nUnderstanding engineering processes and procedures\nAble to work as part of a team.\nAbility to develop EHS plans, campaigns & strategies for improvement and sharing of lessons learnt.\nAbility to manage internal relationships with various departments.\nGood verbal and written communication skills in
