Description
Lead People. Drive Production. Build a Stronger Team.
We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused 2nd Shift Production Supervisor who knows how to lead a team, manage daily manufacturing operations, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.
At Permian Plastics, we believe successful production starts with strong leadership. We're looking for someone who can develop employees, communicate expectations, solve problems, and create an environment where people are accountable, supported, and working toward the same goals.
You don't have to be the best Process Technician in the building. You do need to understand injection molding operations, know how to lead people, and take ownership of your shift.
What Success Looks Like
A successful Shift Supervisor doesn't just keep machines running. They build a team that performs.
They communicate expectations, address problems, support employee development, maintain safe operations, and ensure production goals are achieved without compromising quality.
If you're a manufacturing leader who takes pride in developing people, solving problems, and running a successful shift, we'd like to hear from you.

- Monitor production output, quality, efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Work closely with Process Technicians, Quality, Material Handlers, and other support personnel to resolve production issues.
- Ensure proper materials, packaging, labeling, and production procedures are followed.
- Identify problems, make informed decisions, and escalate technical or operational concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate important information between shifts.
Drive Safety, Quality, and Accountability
