Job Description: This Environmental Tech position supports the Environmental Department across air quality compliance, emissions reporting, spill remediation, and regulatory data management in Texas and New Mexico. The ideal candidate understands environmental regulations for upstream oil and gas operations and has strong data management skills. General Responsibilities Collect, organize, and validate site-level operational data (throughput, fuel use, equipment runtime, flare volumes) to support air permit compliance and annual emissions inventory submittals to NMED and TCEQ Support annual GHG reporting under 40 CFR Part 98 (Subpart W) and maintain the data infrastructure for NSPS OOOOa/OOOOb compliance, working with operations to close data gaps ahead of deadlines Maintain compliance data for New Mexico's ozone precursor (NOx/VOC) regulations, tracking permit conditions, emissions records, and regulatory deadlines Support compliance at sites under EPA Consent Decrees and CAFOs, maintaining organized records and assisting with required submittals to EPA and state agencies on schedule Maintain facility chemical inventory records and manage timely annual Tier II reporting for Tex
