This role provides production support and continuous improvement for Peloton applications across drilling, completions and operations workflows, with specific emphasis on WellView and SiteView.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day production support for Peloton applications with primary focus on WellView and SiteView (issue triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and user communication)\n\nTroubleshoot and coordinate resolution of incidents and service requests in an Allez (SaaS) environment, including configuration-based issues and vendor escalations\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve failures across the full data integration pipeline: inbound and outbound integrations for WellView and SiteView, Peloton’s ETL process into Snowflake, and downstream consumption in Databricks; identify the point of failure across each layer and coordinate resolution with integration developers\n\nAdminister and update Peloton workflow configurations, UDL changes, mappings, security/roles following change control and documentation standards\n\nPartner with drilling, completions, and production stakeholders to capture and confirm requirements for platform changes; evaluate and communicate the downstream impact of changes between WellView and SiteView to ensure cross-application consistency\n\nMaintain operational readiness: monitoring, runbooks/KBs, release validation, user training materials, and on-call support as required; ensure solutions meet security and audit expectations\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience\n\nApplication support experience supporting business-critical SaaS or enterprise platforms with production ownership\n\n+5 years hands-on experience supporting Peloton WellView and SiteView (configuration, troubleshooting workflow/data issues, UDLs, etc.)\n\nHands-on experience troubleshooting data integration failures across multi-layer pipelines; familiarity with Peloton’s ETL processes, Snowflake, and Databricks, including the ability to trace failures from source system through to downstream consumption\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience troubleshooting specifically in an Allez environment\n\nFamiliarity with ITSM processes and tools (incident/problem/change management)\n\nSQL proficiency and experience supporting integrations and reporting\n\nDemonstrated experience collaborating with integration developers and vendors to diagnose failures, confirm fix scope, test resolutions, and prevent recurrence; able to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical implementation\n\nOil & gas domain knowledge (drilling/completions operations, well lifecycle data) and experience supporting E&P applications in a field-centric environment\n\nPermian Resourceis an equal opportunity employer.
