The role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and citizen developers to deliver high-value solutions across Permian Resources.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nServe as a technical partner to citizen developers, leading standards-setting, tool and solution guidance, and deployment support to drive self-service enablement across the enterprise.\n\nContinuously refine and scale the SDLC to enable the workforce to efficiently deploy secure, high-value web applications and solutions.\n\nDesign, architect, build, implement, and support web applications across the enterprise.\n\nBuild and deliver high-value solutions in Palantir Foundry.\n\nDesign and integrate AI-powered capabilities, such as LLM-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation, into production applications and internal platforms.\n\nContinuously evaluate, adopt, and champion emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve application development.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in software development, and/or solution engineering with production ownership.\n\nStrong full stack web development experience, including cloud-hosted application architecture and deployment.\n\nProficiency across multiple languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript), with the ability to pick up new stacks quickly\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing for production application delivery.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nOil & gas domain experience a plus.\n\nExperience building applications with LLM/AI APIs, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic workflows\n\nExperience with Palantir Foundry and Databricks preferred; related platforms will be considered.\n\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across stakeholders\n\nPermian Resourceis an equal opportunity employer.
