# Transaction Coordinator

Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of acquisitions, divestitures, and related commercial transactions. This role sits at the intersection of legal, land, operations, and business development, and supports disciplined execution from diligence launch through closing and post-closing integration. The ideal candidate brings a working knowledge of upstream oil and gas processes and strong workflow management skills. You will serve as a central liaison between internal departments and the counterparty, ensuring accurate information flow, preparing closing packages, driving timely review and preparation of deliverables, and supporting the orderly transition of assets to internal operations post-closing.
