Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into technical solutions\n\nFront End Development: Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and Typescript. Ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across various devices and platforms\n\nBack End Development: Build and optimize server-side components using Node.js. Work with databases, particularly Postgres, to design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval solutions\n\nSystem Architecture: Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the construction management platform. Make high-level decisions regarding technology choices, scalability, and system integrations\n\nLeadership and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to the professional growth of the development team\n\nCollaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
