Intelligence Specialist, you will turn complex data into meaningful insights that help our teams make better-informed decisions.\nWith a particular focus on Grey Market Activity (GMA), you will lead the global deployment of intelligence and traceability tools, partner with our Market Companies to better understand product diversion flows, and identify actionable insights to support the business.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots: between data and business realities, between global and local teams, and between insights and action.\nYour key missions\nTurn data into actionable intelligence\nProduce and continuously enhance our monthly GMA analysis, reporting and dashboards, automating processes wherever relevant.\nIdentify trends, patterns and emerging risks within complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable business insights.\nBring together information from different sources to provide the GTI team and key stakeholders with a meaningful view of market dynamics.\nConnect and empower our Market Companies\nPartner with Pernod Ricard Market Companies around the world to support the deployment and adoption of traceability tools.\nTrain and support local teams, making intelligence tools accessible and encouraging the use of sightings and surveys.\nBuild strong relationships across markets to better understand their realities, share knowledge and turn local observations into collective intelligence.\nStrengthen our intelligence capabilities\nIdentify opportunities to improve intelligence generation across areas such as operations and supply chain.\nMonitor emerging technologies and solutions related to product traceability and intelligence and assess their potential for Pernod Ricard.\nConduct trader KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensure relevant intelligence and historical records are maintained.\nChampion data quality and continuous improvement\nTake ownership of data quality, ensuring that the information underpinning our analysis is reliable and actionable.\nManage the associated workflows in collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders.\nContinuously challenge and improve processes, tools and ways of working to make our intelligence simpler, smarter and more impactful.\nWhat we are looking for\nMore than a technical expert, we are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and eager to turn information into action.\nYou will bring\nA genuine passion for data, analytics and problem-solving.\nProven experience in data analysis and modelling, with the ability to move from raw information to meaningful insights.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.\nThe ability to critically assess complex issues and communicate your conclusions in a simple and compelling way.\nA proactive mindset, with the autonomy to take ownership while knowing when to engage others.\nStrong collaboration skills and an appetite for working across functions, countries and cultures.\nFluency in English.\nIt would be a plus if you have\nExperience with JDE, SQL or statistical modelling techniques.\nAdditional experience with Business Intelligence tools.\nKnowledge of the wine & spirits / FMCG industry.\nExposure to traceability, supply chain, compliance or trade intelligence topics.\nWhat success looks like\nYou will help the GTI team move
