Support business performance reporting & financial analysis:\nYou will consolidate & analyze both sell-out and sell-in P&L performance of the Crystal brands (mainly Havana Club, Gins & Apérétifs, RTDs) and track financial KPIs.\nYou will support the preparation of monthly Business Reviews, including updates on industry developments.\nYou will support the A&P monitoring & forecasting\n2. Support market analysis & collaboration with affiliates\nYou will gather insights from market companies to understand performance drivers.\nYou will support the ongoing group financial cycles, including month-end and year-end close, risk & opportunity (R&O) tracking and mitigation plans and rolling forecast processes\n3. Contribute to business cases & financial scenario modelling\nYou will assist in financial analyses for new product developments (NPD), portfolio changes, and market expansion.\nYou will help assess NPD profitability and volume/margin scenarios\n4.
