Prestige Trade Marketing Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Strategic Planning & Projects:

• Defining the Prestige Ecosystem strategy and ensuring the building blocks are in place - including portfolio, pricing & promotion

• Work with Sales & PCM to develop strong plans for growing the VIC business through CP

• Drive the execution of strategy across all functions & lead the cross-functional team to track the progress and share with key stakeholders in monthly tracking meetings

• Identify opportunities in portfolio & channels to develop the Prestige business & work with cross-functional teams to develop new opportunities.

2. Channel & Demand Creation Activation:

• Be the driving force for the development, articulation and management of a comprehensive channel strategy that gets buy in from all key stakeholders.
• Based on the channel strategy, commercial planning, and assigned budget, leverage brand target audience/ channel insights to amplify brand message to ensure excellence on the Brand activation and Category demand creation at outlet level (promotion activities in commercial calendar grid for partners/ customers) with the purpose of driving sales and brand awareness.

3. Animation & Visibility:

• Lead strategy development of visual & POSM guidelines; allocate visibility budget by brands, channels and regions; develop seasonal schemes and promotion activities/ activations, be perceived as a legitimate “adviser” by the trade to engage outlets with consumers and provide added value to customers through PR business solutions, in order to develop consumption of loyal target consumers and ensure attraction of new consumers.
• Develop & ensure implementation of Perfect Outlet Guideline

4. Business Information & Intelligence:

• Contribute to lead business environment watch, distribution channels and customer trends monitoring, customers / consumer insights from the field to ensure PRVN offer's continuous alignment with market needs.

5. Reporting line and people development

• Lead by example and drive the individual development of each of channel team member to raise their level of performance and ready them for more elevated and challenging projects and roles.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 8 years in Trade Marketing and/or Sales at the equivalent position
• Experience working in a multinational company within FMCG or related industries (e.g., Alcohol, Wines & Spirits, F&B); experience in the luxury sector is preferable

Functional & Leadership Competencies

• Fluency in English, computer literacy
• Clear understanding of the concept of Sales and Trade MKT in alcoholic business or related field
