This large-scale program engages multiple functions within the Group and brings together finance, operations, sales, technology, procurement, sustainability, and external partners.\nYour key missions\nAs part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will support the Program Lead and stream leaders in ensuring effective project delivery and governance:\nSupport the preparation and follow-up of key program governance activities, including presentations, reporting materials, action tracking, and coordination with PMO stakeholders \nContribute to maintaining key PMO assets and ways of working, including governance materials, team documentation, playbooks, and shared knowledge resources \nHelp ensure accurate and up-to-date program information across core tools and documents, supporting effective communication and decision-making \nSupport program reporting activities by helping prepare dashboards, data extracts, status updates, and materials used for governance forums \nContribute to strengthening team enablement processes to support efficient collaboration and resource integration across the program \nSupport continuous improvement of program tools and ways of working, with a focus on simplification, centralisation, usability, and adoption across teams \nExplore practical uses of AI, Copilot, and automation to simplify recurring activities, improve efficiency, and support scalable ways of working across the program \nPromote collaboration, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the program community \nYour profile\nYou are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business, Engineering, or a related field \nYou have a strong interest in digital transformation, ERP/SAP programs, and project management \nYou are proactive, organised, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders \nYou are fluent in English; French and/or Spanish would be a plus \nYou are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with agile or project management tools such as Jira, PBI is a plus \nYou have an interest in tooling and continuous improvement, with a focus on making processes and tools simpler, clearer, and easier to adopt \nYou are curious about AI and automation, with an appetite for using technology to simplify processes, optimise ways of working, and support scalable solutions \nWhat you will gain from this internship\nFirst-hand exposure to a global ERP transformation program in a leading multinational company \nExperience in program and project management, working across functions and geographies \nDevelopment of skills in governance, risk tracking, and process improvement \nAn opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious digital transformation initiatives in the wine & spirits industry \nPlease note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.\nAnd you'll benefit from these advantages:\nGross salary from 1410€ (Bac +4 and gap year) to 1550€ (Bac +5) per month\nCompany restaurant\nUnlimited access to the Coursera training platform to enhance your experience.\nEmployee events (Masterclasses, conferences, etc.)\nAll in a friendly, supportive environment that will help you to progress and build a solid professional network: 92.2% of our interns and alternates recommend us as an employer (Happy Trainees 2025)!\nPernod Ricard is committed to offering equal opportunities to all talents.
